Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Policy Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for shaping global people policies, supporting governance activities, and managing financial planning across the organization.


About the Role
  • Lead policy reviews and updates to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Drive end-to-end policy reviews across the People function, including high-impact documents such as the Code of Conduct.
  • Own the Global Consequence Management Policy lifecycle, from data-driven reporting to committee engagement and external transparency.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance Business Partners to track and deliver insightful reporting on Group People budgets and benefits across the global function.
  • Play a key role in governance by preparing executive and Board papers and supporting across key governance frameworks.
Your Background

You have a strong foundation in finance, policy, governance, or people advisory, with experience working in detail-heavy environments. You are confident working with data and financial information to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements
  • Advanced Excel skills and the ability to interpret and manage data-heavy reports.
  • Proven capability in policy development and review, particularly within people advisory or governance contexts.
  • Comfortable working with financial systems and processes, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities across governance and planning.
