Key Role Summary

This is a key role that plays a central part in shaping our company's global policies, supporting governance activities, and managing financial planning across the function.

Responsibilities Overview
  • Facilitate policy reviews and updates to ensure our frameworks are fit-for-purpose and aligned with organisational standards.
  • Drive end-to-end policy reviews across the People function, including high-impact documents such as the Code of Conduct.
  • Manage the Global Consequence Management Policy life-cycle, from data-driven reporting to committee engagement and external transparency.
  • Oversee financial planning and reforecasting for Group Head Office and global Transformation budgets—managing vendor spend and headcount with precision.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance Business Partners to track and deliver insightful reporting on Group People budgets and benefits across the global function.
  • Play a key role in governance by preparing executive and Board papers and supporting across key governance frameworks.
