Global Policy Expert

This is a high-impact position within the Global People function, playing a pivotal role in shaping global policies, supporting governance initiatives, and overseeing financial planning.
You will lead policy reviews, drive end-to-end policy updates across the People function, including key frameworks like the Code of Conduct.
Key responsibilities include reviewing and refreshing global people policies, managing vendor spend and headcount with precision, and collaborating closely with Finance Business Partners to deliver insightful reporting on Group People budgets.
A strong focus on governance, you will play a key role in preparing executive and Board papers, supporting key governance frameworks, and driving data-driven decision-making.
About YouYou are a proactive, analytical thinker with a strong foundation in finance, policy, or people advisory. You thrive in detail-heavy environments, working with data and financial information to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements- Advanced Excel skills, interpreting and managing data-heavy reports.
- Pervasive capability in policy development and review, particularly within people advisory or governance contexts.
- Comfortable working with financial systems and processes, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities across governance and planning.
