Global Policy Specialist

A Global Policy Specialist is required to shape global people policies and support governance activities.
About the RoleThis role involves leading policy reviews, supporting governance reporting, and managing financial planning across the global People function.
Main Responsibilities- Facilitate the review and refresh of global people policies.
- Drive end-to-end policy reviews across the People function.
- Own the Global Consequence Management Policy life-cycle.
- Oversee financial planning and reforecasting for Group Head Office and global Transformation budgets.
- Collaborate closely with Finance Business Partners.
- Play a key role in governance by preparing executive and Board papers.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong ability to interpret and manage data-heavy reports.
- Proven capability in policy development and review.
- Comfortable working with financial systems and processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Collaborative mindset.
