About the Job
  • Allocating projects to available resources to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Maintaining accurate records of weld consumables and monitoring levels to prevent stockouts.
  • Providing training and guidance to staff as required to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Liaising with the Welding Coordination team to ensure smooth operation of welding activities.
  • Creating and maintaining ITP, NDR, HTR, and Weld Logs to track and record welding activities.
  • Monitoring and updating welder qualifications registers to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Developing and implementing weld procedures as required to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Liaising with client engineers to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Investigating and completing Incident Reports to identify areas for improvement.
