**Survey Operations Manager Role**

The role of Survey Operations Manager is to oversee the management of all surveys to ensure timely and efficient completion to meet customer needs.

This involves effectively leading and managing teams to meet operational and customer requirements while maintaining cost-effectiveness.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage daily quote sheets and ensure surveying teams meet requirements
  • Be across company KPIs and drive results with surveyors
  • Manage DPI requests and inspections
  • Manage CSC requests and inspections
  • Manage handheld devices and troubleshoot issues

**Requirements for Success:**

  • DPI Certified
  • IICL Certified (desirable)
  • Minimum 5 years container surveying experience
  • Experience using Containerchain
  • Extensive team leadership experience
