3rd Party Containers (3PC) is seeking motivated and skilled Forklift Operator & Container Loader/Unloaders to join our growing team. If you are motivated, safety-conscious, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you

Shift Times:

  • 6:00am to 2:00 pm
  • 2:00pm to 10:00pm

Locations:

  • Eastern Creek
  • Campbelltown
  • Erskine Park
  • Kemps Creek
  • Bankstown

Contract Type: Casual contract with full-time hours available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Must hold a valid Forklift Licence (LF)
  • Ability to assist with manual loading/unloading tasks when required
  • Strong awareness of safety protocols and hazard management
  • Ability to lift up to 30kgs and perform physical tasks
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to work flexible shifts

Requirements:

  • Must be over the age of 18
  • Must have a valid driver's licence and form of transport.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus but not required
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks 30kgs
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive pay and benefits – Incentivised pay rates (Piece Award Rates). We offer a piece-rate structure, with a minimum base rate of $33.50 per hour. However, since it is a piece award rate structure, you have the potential to earn between $33.50 to $40 per hour, and potentially even more.
