**Job Overview**:
The Container Sorter is responsible for sorting and organizing containers to ensure they are correctly categorized and routed to their appropriate destinations. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently under pressure, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sort containers based on size, type, and destination.
- RF Scanning / Pick/Packer
- Inspect containers for damage and ensure proper handling.
- Use sorting equipment and technology to assist in the sorting process.
- Label and tag containers according to company procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet operational goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to lift and move containers of various sizes and weights.
- Basic knowledge of sorting equipment and technology is a plus.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting up to [specific weight, e.g., 50 lbs] regularly.
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures and conditions.
