3PC is seeking motivated and skilled Forklift Operator & Container Loader/Unloaders to join our growing team. If you are motivated, safety-conscious, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you

Shift Times:

  • 6:00am to 2:00 pm (AM)

Locations:

  • Erskine Park
  • Kemps Creek
  • Eastern Creek
  • Campbelltown

Contract Type: Casual contract with full-time hours available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload containers using manual and mechanical equipment
  • Ensure all products are secured and stored properly
  • Conduct inspections of containers and products for damage.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area.
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
  • Collaborate with the team to meet loading and unloading targets.

Requirements:

  • Must be over the age of 18
  • Must have a valid driver's licence and form of transport.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus but not required
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks 30kgs
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive pay and benefits – Incentivised pay rates (Piece Award Rates). We offer a piece-rate structure, with a minimum base rate of $33.50 per hour. However, since it is a piece award rate structure, you have the potential to earn between $33.50 to $35 per hour, and potentially even more.
