- Elevate the culture of commitment and alignment among team members to enhance the lives of people we support in a respectful and accountable manner
- BUILD meaningful relationships with stakeholders to deliver on promises
- Oversight of day-to-day service delivery, ensuring quality, safeguarding, and customer goals are met
- Performance Management: Set clear expectations, monitor KPIs, and leverage data-driven insights to identify areas for growth
- Extensive knowledge and experience in the disability sector
- Strong command of NDIS Practice Standards and Quality & Safeguarding Framework
- Proven ability to build workforce capacity and manage operations effectively
- Hands-on experience transitioning new customers and establishing services
- Highly developed interpersonal and influencing skills
- Excellent reporting and presentation skills
- Sound financial analysis and budget management skills
- Tertiary qualification in Disability, Community Services or Social Services or equivalent skills/experience
- Minimum three years' experience in operations leadership in complex care within the NDIS-era disability sector
