As a Sales Operations Coordinator at INEOS Automotive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the management of all Sales Operations processes. This includes tracking and reconciling retailer bonuses, ensuring sales programmes deliver the right results, and managing budgets.
Key Responsibilities- Reconciliation and Payment of Sales Margins: Responsible for reconciling and paying sales margins, commissions, and bonuses to the retailer network.
- Budget Tracking and Reporting: Supports budget tracking and reporting for the Cost of Retail programme.
- Vehicle Registration Systems: Liaises with local authorities to ensure all vehicle registration systems are working efficiently and any future system updates are planned and launched on time.
- Operational Processes: Supports operational processes, including invoicing for retail partners and end customers, and relevant documentation.
- Master Data Management: Manages the master data in SAP for the sales team, including updating sales margins and bonuses.
- Communications and Bulletins: Produces and publishes bulletins and communications to the retailer network for the sales team.
- Experience in Sales Operations: Experience supporting a busy sales team, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong Administration Skills: Strong administration skills, including knowledge of MS Office applications.
- SAP Experience: Previous experience with SAP is desired.
- High-Growth Environment: Ability to work in a high-growth and fast-paced environment.
