Job Title: Senior Trainer and Assessor for Heavy Machinery and Construction Training

">Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced trainer and assessor to join our team. As a senior trainer and assessor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment services to students in the heavy machinery and construction industry.

Your key responsibilities will include designing and delivering engaging and relevant training programs, ensuring content meets regulatory requirements, supervising student behavior, maintaining equipment and training venues, and traveling to deliver training off-site.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students and contribute to the success of our organization.

">Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Cert IV TAE (plus upgrade units if required)
  • Possess a High-Risk Work Licence (HRWL)
  • Demonstrated Lifting Operations experience within the construction/civil, resources & infrastructure or training sectors
  • Be accredited by WorkSafe as an Individual Assessor (or ability to gain accreditation, if applicable)
  • Be eligible to obtain a Working Children Check Card and a Police Check
