Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Contact Centre Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating contact centre operations across multiple electoral processes.

The Contact Centre Officer will support the Contact Centre Lead in training call centre staff, collaborating with stakeholders, and maintaining performance standards and integrity of the election process.
