Job Title:

Experienced Nighttime Transport Operator

This position involves driving buses at night and ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers.

  • Deliver a prompt and reliable transport service to customers
  • Carry out pre-departure checks and report any mechanical issues
  • Drive effectively and efficiently while prioritizing passenger safety and comfort
  • Identify, address, and report any unsafe or unhealthy conditions, practices, or behaviors in the workplace
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of road laws and company policies
  • Collect correct fares, issue tickets, and verify passes
  • Accurately complete recording procedures such as daily journals, time records, customer loading data, and fuel and charter records

Requirements:

  • Heavy Vehicle Licence (MR and above)
  • NSW Bus Driver's Authority
  • Working with Children Check
  • RMS driving history
  • Availability to work weekend nights
  • Knowledge and understanding of Work, Health, and Safety Practices
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • A positive, proactive approach and be well presented at all times
  • Australian passport/current Australian working status
