Enablement Lead, APAC Product
We're seeking a skilled Enablement Lead to drive the successful launch and adoption of our products across the Asia-Pacific region. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers have the necessary tools and knowledge to maximize the value of our solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing structured intake processes for new enablement requests, evaluating business impact and aligning with strategic priorities. You will also create comprehensive project plans with clear timelines, resource requirements, and dependencies for all product-related enablement initiatives.
Additionally, you will conduct thorough training needs analysis for product launches and enhancements to identify required support. This may include collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop product-specific learning architectures that reflect the sales process and customer engagement model.
As an Enablement Lead, you will facilitate regular communication with product teams, sales leadership, and market stakeholders to align on priorities and provide project status updates. You will also establish KPIs and success metrics for product enablement initiatives and report on effectiveness and business impact.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent project management skills, including the ability to track deliverables, manage risks, and ensure quality standards are met. You should also be able to identify and pilot new approaches for product enablement delivery that improve knowledge retention and application in customer situations.
