About the Position

We seek an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team at Mungari Operations, working within an established People & Culture Team focused on our underground operations.

The People and Culture Team strives for best practice by coaching leaders in workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and professional development.

This opportunity will allow you to develop your skills, engaging with stakeholders across our mining operations and learning within the People and Culture Team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective human resources strategies to drive business outcomes.
  • Partner effectively with leaders to advise and influence positive outcomes.
  • Coach leaders on Fair Work legislation, workforce planning, and recruitment.
  • Support annual HR processes and cyclical activities.
  • Interpret data to make informed decisions and initiate improvement activities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a HR generalist or Business Partner role.
  • Qualifications in Human Resources (or a relevant related discipline).
  • Strong employee relations knowledge and experience in conducting workplace investigations.
  • Experience supporting HR processes and cyclical activities.
  • Ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
