Role Description

This role focuses on supporting our underground operations by providing expert HR advice and guidance to People Leaders.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Fair Work legislation, workforce planning, recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • They will also have experience in conducting workplace investigations and managing employee performance.

As a key member of our People & Culture Team, you will be responsible for coaching and guiding People Leaders in best practice HR techniques. You will partner with stakeholders across our mining operations to drive employee engagement and professional development.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the People & Culture Team to achieve business objectives and drive positive outcomes for employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to People Leaders on matters related to employee relations, performance management and other HR issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Conduct workplace investigations and manage employee performance in accordance with company policies and procedures.
