About the RoleWe seek an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team, working collaboratively with leaders to drive business outcomes and foster employee growth.
The role involves providing expert guidance on employment law, workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and professional development.
As a key member of our People & Culture Team, you will demonstrate behaviours aligned to our core values: Safety, Excellence, Accountability, and Respect.
Key Responsibilities- Support employees and leaders in areas such as workplace investigations, performance management, and employee wellbeing.
- Contribute to annual HR processes and cyclical activities, including training and development initiatives.
- Analyse data to inform strategic decisions and drive business outcomes.
- Partner with People Leaders to advise and influence positive outcomes.
We are looking for a seasoned people and culture professional with strong employee relations knowledge, experience conducting workplace investigations, and managing performance.
You will have:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a HR generalist or Business Partner role.
- Qualifications in Human Resources (or a related discipline).
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build positive working relationships across the business.
- Ability to interpret data to make informed decisions and initiate improvement activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude and openness to learning.
