The company seeks an experienced Human Resources Advisor to play a vital role in supporting the organization's people and business strategies.
This is a key position that requires the ability to plan, coordinate and facilitate employee relations and industrial relations activities, as well as relevant learning & development programmes for employees, supervisors and managers.
- Responsibilities:
- Develop annual training plans
- Identify skill gaps and training needs
- Organise training programs
- Facilitate in-house training sessions
- Sourcing suitable external training courses
- Prepare training reports and analysis
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Business
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment (desired)
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills
- 3 years' experience in a similar HR generalist role
- Understanding of Human Resources principles and Fair Work legislation
- Sound administration and organisation skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly and easily
- Current national police clearance
