Human Resources Advisor Role

The company seeks an experienced Human Resources Advisor to play a vital role in supporting the organization's people and business strategies.

This is a key position that requires the ability to plan, coordinate and facilitate employee relations and industrial relations activities, as well as relevant learning & development programmes for employees, supervisors and managers.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop annual training plans
  • Identify skill gaps and training needs
  • Organise training programs
  • Facilitate in-house training sessions
  • Sourcing suitable external training courses
  • Prepare training reports and analysis
Key Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Business
  • Cert IV in Training and Assessment (desired)
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills
  • 3 years' experience in a similar HR generalist role
  • Understanding of Human Resources principles and Fair Work legislation
  • Sound administration and organisation skills
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and easily
  • Current national police clearance
