We seek a proactive Human Resources professional to join our operations, working within an established People & Culture Team focused on our underground operations.

The People and Culture Team strive for best practice by coaching and guiding people Leaders in the application of Fair Work legislation, workforce planning, recruitment and onboarding, performance management, employee engagement and professional development.

The position will ideally be based residentially in Kalgoorlie or FIFO from Perth, with relocation support within Australia provided.

About You

You will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a HR generalist or Business Partner role.
  • Qualifications in Human Resources (or a related discipline).
  • Strong employee relations knowledge and experience in conducting workplace investigations and managing performance.
