Job Summary:

We are seeking a senior finance leader to drive strategic problem-solving and lead finance transformation initiatives within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the finance leadership team to lead projects and transform the financial management process.
  • Proactively ensure projects operate under a governance framework, ensuring continuous improvement and standardization across finance project portfolios.
  • Lead a small team, delivering quantitative and qualitative analysis to produce highly actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • A track record of strategic problem-solving and analytical thinking within a finance function.
  • Experience designing and implementing new initiatives that support continuous improvement across finance.
  • Proficiency in financial software and source systems interaction with the general ledger.
  • Experience as a people leader with strong strategic thinking and influencing skills.
