At the forefront of risk management, this role plays a pivotal part in shaping our organization's risk strategy. By collaborating with senior leadership and the Executive Committee, we strive to embed a risk-aware culture across the business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of enterprise risk management principles and strategies, with experience in implementing risk and control standards. Proficient analytical capabilities, sound judgment, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing, maintaining, and implementing risk management strategies aligned with our broader vision.
  • Facilitating training and development programs to enhance risk capability across the organization.
  • Staying abreast of industry developments and ensuring our adoption of best-practice approaches.

In addition, the role works closely with other departments to manage risk governance activities, coordinating governance forums, supporting end-to-end reporting processes, and ensuring effective monitoring and reporting of all risk categories.

Required qualifications include:

  • Relevant undergraduate degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance, IT, or similar disciplines.
  • 5–8 years' experience in first- or second-line risk roles or audit, ideally within financial or professional services.
  • Strong knowledge of risk management frameworks and operational risk, compliance frameworks, risk assessments, and governance reporting.
