Broaden your skills across various areas of insurance, including public liability, regulatory investigations, medical negligence, immigration and general insurance claims.

You will investigate and litigate claims, providing advice on strategy, resolution and coverage.

This role involves close collaboration with Partners in a strong team environment.

You will also assist insurers with claims disputes, investigations and complaints.

Advocacy in the courts and tribunals is an essential part of this role.

About the Role
  • Diverse and engaging mix of insurance matters;
  • Investigating and litigating claims;
  • Providing advice on strategy, resolution and coverage;
  • Close collaboration with Partners in a strong team environment;
  • Assisting insurers with claims disputes, investigations and complaints;
  • Advocacy in the courts and tribunals.

Requirements:

  • 3-6+ years post-admission experience in insurance;
  • Experience with litigation, critical analysis skills in respect of expert reports, contracts and/or legislation and regulatory documents;
  • Able to draft clear and concise communications;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in conversing with clients and other parties;
  • A desire to develop your career and professional network in the Insurance industry.
