Investigate and litigate claims, provide strategic advice, and assist insurers with disputes, investigations and complaints.Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct client access and close collaboration with partners in a strong team environment
  • Supportive training and mentoring
  • Advisory work on coverage analysis, liability and potential non-disclosure issues
  • Assisting insurers with claims disputes, investigations and complaints
  • Advocacy in courts and tribunals
Requirements:
  • 3-6+ years post-admission experience in insurance and litigation
  • Critical analysis skills for expert reports, contracts and legislation
  • Ability to draft clear communications and have good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Desire to develop your career and professional network in the Insurance industry
