We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, focusing on supply chain logistics and talent acquisition.
- Identify and recruit potential candidates using various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and referrals.
- Evaluate resumes and applications, assessing qualifications and experience.
- Conduct interviews and sort through applicants to fill open positions, utilizing assessment tools and data analysis.
- Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions in supply chain logistics.
- Complete paperwork for new hires, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Cultivate business development and client relationships, leveraging professional networks and partnerships.
- Formal qualifications in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven direct experience as a talent acquisition specialist within supply chain logistics, demonstrating expertise and results.
- Excellent understanding of recruitment processes, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Proficiency in using ATS and other HR tools, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong decision-making skills and adaptability.
- Deep understanding of 3PL, company-based Supply Chain, Warehousing, and Logistics, with knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- Must have working rights in Australia and a valid visa, if applicable.
