Energy Transition Strategist

This role offers an opportunity to build and lead marketing initiatives from the ground up, working in a sector that is at the heart of Australia's clean energy transition.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop go-to-market strategies to increase brand visibility and product adoption in Australia.
- Own the content pipeline – create case studies, brochures, social media posts, newsletters, and website updates.
- Work closely with the sales team to produce tailored presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral.
- Lead events and trade shows – planning, logistics, and on-the-ground representation.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, including LinkedIn, Google Ads, and SEO initiatives.
- Build relationships with industry associations, media, and PR partners.
- Track and report on marketing metrics to improve ROI.
- 5+ years' experience in marketing within renewable energy, technology, or related sectors.
- Proven ability to execute hands-on marketing activities – from copywriting and design coordination to digital campaign management.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing in the energy/industrial sector.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into compelling narratives.
- A self-starter with a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
