Automotive Finance Sales Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Automotive Finance Sales Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Hire Purchase (HP) financing/loan products to dealers, while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners and identifying new business opportunities.
About the Role:
- Cultivate and maintain partnerships with key dealers to drive sales growth and increase market share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic plans that meet or exceed sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, regulatory policies, and industry developments to ensure ongoing competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage dealer relationships to promote HP-related products and services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's presence in the market.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated success in sales and account management, preferably within the automotive finance sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with key stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the HP vehicle market and regulatory environment.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, account management, or a related role.
