At Dutton Automotive, we are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Business Manager.

Job Description

We are looking for an individual with expertise in finance and sales to work collaboratively with our dealership sales teams. Your primary responsibility will be to contribute to the achievement of our dealership's goal of selling cars by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products.

In this role, you will have access to a range of smart, competitive finance options tailored to meet the automotive needs and objectives of our customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers both over the phone and face-to-face.
  • Financial Expertise: You should have knowledge of multiple panels of lenders and products to identify the best outcome for our customers' needs.
  • Organizational Skills: You must have strong organizational skills and time management skills to effectively manage your workload.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail is essential, with the ability to work autonomously and make decisions independently.
