Overview

An exciting opportunity has become available at our Dutton Automotive dealership site across Port Melbourne. Reporting to the General Manager, you will work collaboratively with the dealership sales teams to contribute to the dealership's goal of selling cars. The preferred candidate for this role should have a background in automotive finance/brokerage and sales, along with a strong focus on customer service and the ability to identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling our products.

Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with the dealership sales teams to contribute to the dealership's goal of selling cars.
  • Utilize a background in automotive finance/brokerage and sales to support customers' automotive needs and objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling our products while maintaining a high level of customer service and compliance.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers, both over the phone and face-to-face, is a MUST.
  • Knowledge of multiple panels of lenders and products to identify the best outcome for our customers' needs.
  • Strong organisational skills and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Willingness to learn and think outside the square.
  • A strong adherence to all compliance measures.
  • Enthusiastic, motivated and a positive mindset.
  • Demonstrate clear and professional communication and interpersonal skills.
