About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Infrastructure Development Manager to join our team in APJC. As a key member of our infrastructure development team, you will be responsible for guiding the expansion of AWS facilities and services in new and existing regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver site selection risk analysis and due diligence assessments to ensure the successful deployment of AWS facilities and services in new and existing regions.
  • Prioritize risk-based mitigation recommendations and partner with internal stakeholders to secure funding and manage projects to successful resolution.
  • Coordinate internal teams and manage external consultants and subject matter experts to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management with a background in civil engineering or architecture.
  • Multidisciplinary concept and preliminary design experience with a strong understanding of local standards and council design standards.
  • Chartered engineer or architect with an accredited institute.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
