Job Description

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in some of the most cutting-edge data centers in the world, designing, installing, and maintaining the world's largest Computing Infrastructure. As an AWS Cloud Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to server hardware and networking infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Escalation point and technical troubleshooter for all Systems and problems
  • Deep diving into Linux server issues
  • Remediation of physical layer outages, both Systems & Network
  • Shift work (4 days on and 4 days off including night shifts on a rotational basis)
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair experience
  • 1+ years of computer networking experience
  • High school or equivalent diploma
