Job Description

This is an opportunity to join our team as a site manager, overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing site teams to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to deliver high-quality results
  • Developing and implementing plans to achieve project objectives

You will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of site delivery are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget. This role requires effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A trade background or qualification in a relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior site supervision leadership role
  • Experience managing site teams and subcontractors
  • Deep understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and temporary works
  • Strong working knowledge of HSE legislation, industrial relations, and quality and compliance standards
