The Contracts Coordinator - Site Services role is a permanent position with a 4 days on:3 days off roster and FIFO from Darwin or Cairns or residential on Groote Eylandt. Domestic relocation to Alyangula, Darwin, or Cairns from anywhere in Australia is provided.

As a key member of the Site Services team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing contracts and shutdown support to ensure seamless operations, supplier performance and safety standards are met.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring supplier performance, compliance and service delivery
  • Overseeing the management of all Township facilities including mining camps (1000 rooms), Supermarket, Aerodrome, Licensed Venue, greenspaces, transportation, cleaning and other facilities.
  • Coordinating Site Services requirements during shutdown periods
  • Reviewing budgets, cost controls and procurement processes
  • Leading internal communications and improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • A relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
