Site Operations Leader

Our team consists of dedicated professionals who are passionate about delivering high-quality buildings and fit-outs to clients.
The ideal candidate will manage site operations across various projects in line with programme and cost parameters.
- Oversee site operations in accordance with project programs and budgets.
- Ensure Trades onsite operate in a safe and cooperative manner and deliver in line with contractual obligations.
- Adhere to all Health, Safety, Environment and Quality processes and legislative requirements.
- Utilize our Hammertech system to capture and report on site operations.
- Conduct regular Health and Safety reviews.
- Facilitate daily pre-start meetings.
- Identify and proactively manage risks and non-compliance issues.
- Ensure all relevant inductions, records, registers and licenses are in place for people and plant on site.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to Graduates and junior team members on site.
