The role of Site Supervisor is to oversee and manage the daily operations on a construction project site. This includes ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, maintaining safety standards, and controlling activities to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and control physical aspects of day-to-day working on construction projects
  • Ensure accurate recording of information and quality records
  • Maintain high-quality records on site, including daily site diaries and project inspection and test plans
  • Provide leadership to on-site labor teams and ensure their daily tasks are safely and effectively allocated
  • Take responsibility for the accurate implementation of works according to contract design documents and shop drawings
  • Maintain effective and professional communication with all project stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Leadership and management skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of health and safety legislation and regulations
