Farm Operations Specialist

Job Description:

  • Operate mobile farm equipment, including harvesters and tractors.
  • Prepare and position the plant for operation.
  • Manage centre pivot irrigators, fertilize crops, and spray weeds.
  • Perform general farming tasks, such as maintaining records and performing minor repairs on plant equipment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in potato production and harvesting.
  • Knowledge of cereal and cover crops.
  • Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to manage staff and communicate effectively.
