What To Expect
Tesla Motors is looking for an experienced Mobile Tyre Technician to work on one of the most progressive vehicle brands in the world. This position requires a significant amount of customer interaction, so the ideal candidate will not only possess the technical acumen, but also the ability to provide a strong level of customer service. This position will service the Sydney area; however, the role will require daily travel within the region directed by Mobile Tyre Dispatch team. What You'll Do

Remove, replace, repair, diagnose the full range of tyres on Tesla customer and internal vehicles, remotely on site or at service centres.Perform basic inspections, repair, and service of Tesla electric vehicles as required.Operate a variety of hand, power, and shop toolsPerform equipment inspections, adjustments and certificationsMaintain records of time, expenses and materialsHelp maintain cleanliness of service vehiclesEffectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlinesSupport other Mobile Service technicians and Tesla Service Centres as neededDaily regional travel

What You'll Bring

Experience with mounting and balancing tyres and tyre repairsExcellent oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to follow instructionsValid driver's license with a clean driving historyMust be comfortable with daily regional travel and operating a large service vehicleAbility to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of work, including the public and multiple internal stakeholdersAbility to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and a dynamic work environmentMust display a sense of urgency when responding to customer Roadside Assistance needsExcellent customer service and problem-solving abilitiesSeniority level
