">About the Role:
">We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Goodstart Mount Tamborine. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and inclusive environment that encourages children to explore, learn, and grow.
">Key Responsibilities:
">• Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of children
">• Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a sense of community and belonging
">• Collaborate with the centre leadership team to develop, review, and implement policies and procedures that support the delivery of quality early childhood education
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
">• Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
">• Current QLD Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
