Job Title: Kindergarten Teacher

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Kindergarten Teacher to join our team at Goodstart Mount Tamborine in the Gold Coast region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement high-quality, play-based learning programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of children.
• Establish positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of centre-wide policies and procedures that promote quality and excellence in early childhood education.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children's progress and development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
• Current QLD Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification

Estimated Salary Range: $38-$60 per hour + Superannuation (approximately $75,600 - $115,200 per year based on a 38-hour working week).
