About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Education Professional to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning on the Gold Coast. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children, aged 3-5 years old.
Competitive Salary Package
The successful applicant will receive a competitive salary package that is comparable to state primary school teachers, with a starting salary of $80,000 per annum. In addition to your base salary, you will also have access to a range of benefits including regular professional development sessions, a comprehensive library of professional learning resources, and paid parental leave.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create a safe and engaging learning environment for young children;
- Develop and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of children;
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and families to ensure children's individual needs are met;
- Contribute to the development and implementation of centre policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved);
- Current QLD Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.
