About Goodstart Little Mountain Gumtree Pocket
Situated in the sought-after "Parklands Estate," we offer a unique opportunity to grow your career as a Senior Educator at Goodstart.
As a Lead Educator, you will take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices.
Our centre is conveniently located just minutes from some of the Sunshine Coast's most popular beaches, near schools, local shops, major roads, and public transport.
About this role
- This role is for a full-time position
- Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) required
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards essential

You'll need:
