About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate educator who can provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and be committed to providing a safe and inclusive environment for all children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of engaging educational programs that promote children's learning and development
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practices and stay up-to-date with industry standards
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve center goals and objectives

Requirements

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current Working with Children Check / Blue Card
