About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at CGC Recruitment. In this role, you will be responsible for liaising with design and construction teams to manage and distribute information efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage changes to engineering design and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate the preparation of subcontract packages with the Contracts Manager/Administrators.
  • Monitor and support the resolution of commercial matters related to subcontractors.
  • Assist in maintaining awareness of contractual obligations and ensuring timely completion of construction activities.
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of program management, tracking a 6-month look ahead.

About You

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a mid-tier construction contractor environment.
  • An engineering degree and a proven ability to demonstrate stability on your CV.
  • The right attitude, passion, and commitment to delivering exceptional results.
