The Role

As a Senior Construction Project Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in the safe, coordinated, and successful delivery of project site works. You'll assist the Site Manager in ensuring all works are executed in accordance with The ADCO Way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and understand documents and plans governing project delivery
  • Ensure subcontractor management plans comply with project requirements for safety, quality, methodology, and resourcing
  • Review and understand project specifications and drawings, ensuring practical and applicable project delivery plans
  • Facilitate site set up and maintenance in line with project plans
  • Coordinate day-to-day site activities to ensure alignment with project plans
  • Contribute to, understand, and implement short-term lookahead program for delivery
  • Manage subcontractor performance
  • Ensure defect-free handover of site works throughout the project duration
  • Compile quality documentation by subcontractors throughout the project, prior to PC

About You

  • Experienced in similar roles with large building project experience
  • Ideal candidate has completed 3–4 projects in the new build commercial sector up to $200m
  • Trade background and/or relevant qualification
  • Demonstrated IR experience and ability to drive strong HSE and QA culture onsite and in-line with The ADCO way

Estimated Salary: AU$90,000 - AU$120,000 per annum
