Customer Support Excellence Specialist

As a CX Program Specialist, you will play a critical role in enhancing support processes and driving operational excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline operations, solve pain points, and implement impactful initiatives.
This position requires process improvement skills, good attention to detail, and general problem-solving acumen and curiosity. Key responsibilities include:
- Improving customer experience through policy and support experience enhancements
- Project management, focusing on key initiatives such as sales team support and defect reduction
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies and drive continuous improvement
- Troubleshooting and solving ad-hoc issues to ensure a seamless customer support experience
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Experience in BPO operations and/or Customer Experience (CX)
- Hands-on experience with SQL
Preferred qualifications also include hands-on experience with project management tools and software development methodologies.
