We have a rare opportunity for an experienced HR practitioner to take on a key role within our organisation.
The Opportunity- As the primary point of contact for our Business Partnering team, you will provide critical support and coaching on complex matters.
- You will be responsible for responding to and resolving intricate HR enquiries, escalating as needed to specialist teams.
- You will review, update and create Workforce Administration related policies, processes, procedures and templates to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- You will identify opportunities to improve, digitise and automate HR processes to enhance organisational performance.
- You will actively support the implementation and delivery of established and new Workforce Experience services developed by Centre of Expertise, including Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging and Engagement initiatives.
- You will deliver established and develop new Performance Management initiatives, programs and services to drive business outcomes.
- You will provide expert advice and guidance on organisational change processes to business leaders.
- You will possess extensive experience in HR Business Partnering with demonstrated achievement delivering HR projects and initiatives to meet organisational goals.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience are essential.
- You will be effective at developing productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and customers.
- You will possess strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.
