Lead Retail Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced retail store manager to lead our Warrawong showroom team.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a highly skilled retail professional to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and motivating your team, and ensuring operational excellence in your showroom.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering a positive and collaborative culture.
  • Drive sales performance through exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with regional sales managers to develop and implement strategies that maximize sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain showroom standards, ensuring compliance with visual merchandising and safety regulations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior sales experience, ideally in the furniture or luxury goods sector.
