Retail Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced leader and manager to run our successful retail store in Wollongong.
- About the Role: As a Full Time Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing and driving the store and team members to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.
- Key Responsibilities: You will lead by example in creating exceptional customer service experiences while achieving your personal sales targets. You will also be responsible for recruiting, training and coaching team members to become top performers.
- Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving beyond personal and store sales targets and KPIs. They will also have demonstrated ability in mentoring and coaching team members to shine and succeed.
- Additional Responsibilities: In addition to achieving sales targets, you will be responsible for providing high standards of stock management and shrinkage control. You will also merchandise our range of products in line with promotional setup guidelines.
