Assistant Store Manager

At our Dapto store, we are seeking a skilled Assistant Store Manager to lead our team and deliver outstanding customer service.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager or in a senior role within a fast-paced retail environment. They will be results-driven, possess strong leadership skills, and be able to motivate their team to achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring team performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, and collaborating with the Store Manager to effectively manage rosters and control wage spend. They will also be responsible for championing team training, development, and succession planning, and fostering community engagement through sporting partnerships and healthcare professional relationships.
