Retail management roles play a pivotal part in ensuring the success of any retail operation. As an Assistant Manager, you will be instrumental in supporting the Store Manager to drive sales growth, maintain high store standards, and foster a positive work environment.

About the Role

This dynamic role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in managing teams, providing coaching and guidance, and driving results through effective floor sales strategies.

The successful applicant will also possess excellent customer service skills, with a natural ability to motivate and inspire their team members. Proficiency in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, and store security is highly desirable.

Although mechanical experience is not essential, we welcome candidates with diverse skill sets who are eager to contribute to our fast-paced and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • To support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and maintaining high store standards.
  • To lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and promoting a positive work environment.
  • To coach and guide team members to achieve their full potential and deliver outstanding results.
  • To develop and implement effective floor sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet targets.
  • To manage visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, and store security procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
